Each KoveR is individually handcrafted to order. Production time is approximately four weeks from confirmation of order and receipt of payment.

Yes. We stand behind the craftsmanship of every KoveR. If your piece requires re-tipping, re-polishing, or any other form of care, please contact us and we will arrange for it to be attended to by our artisans.

We want you to love your piece completely. Should you wish to return or exchange your KoveR, we accept all requests within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn and accompanied by their original packaging. Reach out to us and we will take care of the rest.
